I was feeling the need to get my CRAFT on...
so I whipped up this patriotic banner!
I was experimenting the ruffled look with a roll of crate paper or streamers :) I think I am in LOVE!!!
Other materials I used was scrapbook paper, my FAVORITE tool... my cricut and topped it off with ribbon...of course :)
Off to the next crafty project :)
