Trick-or-Treat!...Now gimme some candy!

I really LOVE HALLOWEEN! but you already knew that right? The night has finally arrive to go Trick-Or-Treating and my kiddos are HYPED! We got all dolled up and the kids are raring to go and get some candy, but not until I document this fun holiday with a BAZILLION pictures of their cuteness first. :)

I got a few cute ones of all the kiddos and can I just say I think they are the cutest trick-or-treaters on the block FOR SURE ;) I can't get enough of Blake's Manly Mustache. Yes it is true, the Zito men develop early :)

Blake ~ our COWBOY~ (that almost wasn't)!!!

He was quite the stinker this year when it cane time for costume picking. I found the coolest Magician/vampire ( could be either one) costume at Costco. we put it on and I was dying about how cute he looked. He DID NOT LIKE IT! He would just cry and cry about wearing it. Every time I asked him what was wrong. He would cry he just wants to be a BOY!!! Oh HEAVENS!

So I knew this stubborn tantrum attitude about the vampire costume wouldn't change, so I brought it back. Plan B's...start calling friends to borrow costumes since it was up in the air about Blake "deciding" to dress up & would cooperate. We had a super man cape that Granny Zito made for him and tried to persuade him to wear that!? NOPE. A dalmatian dog?...nope, a dragon? nope! A cowboy? at first NOPE...but it was tooo cute. I WOULD NOT accept this stubbornness! YOU WILL BE A COWBOY BLAKE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY ABOUT IT! :) He kept telling me he wants to be a BOY! I had plans for Pinocchio on the back burner...you know a REAL BOY!

Well, the morning before Halloween I decided to give the cowboy costume another test run and just used candy as my bait. It was morning just after his bath and figured this is the happiest time of day. I thought it might be good to take the HALLOWEEN pics early just in case of melt down on the big day! AND HALLELUJAH! Success! Lots of cute pics for me to choose from and remember. So enjoy....Blake the Cowboy!

Ahhhh! too cute! I know! I LOVE IT!!! I always wanted to have a little boy one day dress up as a cowboy for Halloween and my wish has come true :)

The best part about this adorable costume it that I already had all of it in my costume box! SWEET!!!! She sure has got some good moves! Carly was mostly excited to have her hair curled and to wear MAKE-UP!!!!

Kaitlyn our ~ 50's Girl ~

2 years ago Kaitlyn dressed up as this 50's girl and loved it soooo much that she wanted to give it another try! I think it was a great choice! My mom made the skirt years ago for a road show costume for one of my sisters i think. And all the girls love to try it on and twirl around in it. To give it that fluff, we jimmy rigged my wedding petticoat/slip. worked like a charm! You are sooo ready for the SOCK HOP girl :)

We were out collecting "the goods" for 90 minutes and they all made out like fat cats :)

Halloween was sooo fun this year! Kinda sad it is over :( Can't wait for next year!
